Bumper repair (plastic welding)

Quite a long split in the bumper!

A combination of hot stapling and glue is used to create a durable repair.

The area is faired useing flexible filler and primed ready for topcoat.

Water based base coat (colour) is used followed by 2 part lacquer.

The paint is cured with infrared lamps. Any imperfections are removed using fine wet and dry and a machine polisher.
